Vacuum Heat-Treating Furnace
Tempering
Brief Description
After quenching of steel workpieces, there will be unstable structures such as martensite, bainite, residual austenite, etc. There is a large internal stress. Therefore, steel workpieces generally undergo tempering after quenching. The effect of tempering is to improve the stability of the organization, so that the workpiece no longer undergoes structural transformation during use, and eliminates internal stress, so as to improve the performance of the workpiece and stabilize the workpiece geometry to meet the requirements of use.
