Vacuum Sintering Furnace
Vacuum Hot Press
Brief Description
Hot press furnace system is capable of identifying virtually all known ceramic materials. The furnaces are available with graphite, tungsten mesh, molybdenum mesh, or silicon carbide hot zones to meet specific process requirements. Atmospheres ranging from high vacuum to inert to reducing to oxidizing can be accommodated. By using heavy plate machine-processed construction, this system is free from secular change such as distortion or deformation, which would be found in the conventional welded frame. This enables work pieces to be pressed at a high pressure consistent with the theoretically calculated value. The hot press is capable of operation at a high temperature with hot zone features multi-layer insulation and multi-zone heat control. Addition, alarm designs such as atmospheric and hydraulic pressure relief valves, control interlocks on die break, over temperature and water flow ensure higher safety
